Accounting Clerk Job Description:
- Managing checks in and out.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Perform journal entries.
- Process payroll.
- Enters and pays invoices accurately.
- Post and pay invoices accurately.
- Post deposits accurately.
- Maintain an accurate checkbook balance.
- Manage day-to-day client cash flow.
Accounting Clerk Job Requirements:
- QuickBooks or various accounting software systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Aware of due date and correctness of invoice.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
