Job Description
Our Serviceworks is a 36-year-old company providing outsourced fulfillment and customer care services to premium-brands. The accounting clerk will support our Accountant in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions through QuickBooks online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in invoice generation
- Enter/Update Invoices in QB
- Perform A/R functions in QB
- Administer A/P functions and operations
- Communicate with Customers and staff members on Billing related questions
- Respond to email, phone calls and written correspondence
- Escalate issues and communicate with peers, colleagues, and superiors
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- One year accounting experience.
- One-year QuickBooks experience.
- Data entry, email, fax, copying, filing, scanning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments to completion.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Windows, Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
