Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.The Accounting Clerk will help support the dealership with various accounting related tasks.What You'll Do:Review Deal Paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy prior to sending to Accounting hub for processingVerification of key data between deal paperwork and systemCommunicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepanciesSort Daily Mail; Obtain General Manager Approval on Invoices prior to sending to Accounting hub for processingAct as liaison between dealership and Accounting hub to ensure that payroll and timekeeping information is accurate and up to date prior to payroll processingScan daily check deposit & occasional trips to bank with cash depositsEnsure that all payment information has been accurately recorded by department personnelWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:Applicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail orientedStrong Communication Skills and able to work as part of a teamIntermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 key pad and typing skills neededSelf-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize scheduleKnowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessaryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demandsMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPay Range:$17.96-$21.34 HourlyIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
