Responsibilities: •Match and prepare documents for processing •Process information, including invoices, payments, or credits •Post transactions and review for accuracy and compliance with policies •Reconcile accounts, ledgers and other detailed records •Back up for incoming Customer Service calls Job Requirements/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •Bookkeeping •Data entry and verification •Competency in office systems software - word processing, spreadsheets •Computer literacy and ability to use business system for input, maintenance, and inquiries •Strong customer service skills, problem solving, and detail oriented •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Excellent organization and interpersonal skills Performance will be measured by attendance, accuracy, timeliness, productivity and confidentiality.
