We're seeking a motivated Accounting Clerk to support our financial management and operations. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our Staff Accountant and Executive Director, ensuring our agency runs smoothly and maintains a strong financial position.What you'll do
- Manage Accounts payable
- Manage all agency credit card transactions
- Maintains vendors information in accounting system
- Maintain accurate and orderly accounting records
- Manages reconciliations of accounts
- Prepares Reports
What you'll need
- Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree or previous experience in finance/operations
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in finance/operations specifically working with QuickBooks preferred
- Additional Considerations: experience with QuickBooks and Quicken; knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with demonstrated work experience
