About the Role:

Guiding candidates through every step of the career advancement process, you'll help change lives one placement at a time.

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

• Sourcing top talent through internal databases, job boards, referrals, networking, and more.
• Screening and qualifying candidates with diverse skill sets via phone and video.
• Coaching candidates to showcase their skills, tailor their resumes, and prepare for interviews.
• Negotiating compensation packages with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Coordinating interviews, offering insights to candidates, and celebrating their successes.
• Engaging in team meetings and collaboration to achieve excellence.
