Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: other duties may be assigned.
* Maintaining & updating vehicle records in the system.
* Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging vehicles.
* Assist in monthly closing of all accounts as required.
* Provide internal support to the stores as needed.
* Additional duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two years of general office experience required. Auto dealership experience is a must.
* Ability to use personal computer applications including word and spreadsheet applications
* Excellent communication skills.
* CDK experience a plus
* Automotive experience a plus
