An international manufacturer near Bardstown, KY is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their plant. You will oversee Accounting team & activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a manufacturing environment.This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation. Must be able to work on-site.Responsibilities:Lead accounting team members, collaborate with internal and external teams to fulfill requirements on accounting objectivesPrepare financial statementsReconciles report discrepanciesReview monthly General LedgerCoordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activitiesCreate forecasts and perform analysis (identify trends and deficits)Work on budget control and analysis to support financial goalsRequirements:Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Finance) or equivalent experience requiredMust have 5 or more years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing facilityPrior relevant management experienceMust have excellent communication skillsMust be flexible and able to work within a multicultural environmentDirect applicants only.
