**Supervisory Responsibilities:**
+ AP / AR / PR / Cash Management
**Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Accounting support - calculates journal entries with data from system-generated reports or other sources for a variety of general ledger accounts.
+ Reconcile General Ledger Accounts - maintains reconciliations for a variety of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
+ Financial reporting - assists in the preparation of financial statements, cash forecasting, monthly accruals as well as bank reconciliation.
+ Monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax preparation.
+ Creating and implementing financial policies and procedures.
+ Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
+ Monitoring and protecting the organization's assets and financial condition.
+ Daily collaborations with payroll, HR, AR, AP, Job Costing, banking, and general ledger.
+ Internal Audits from Parent Company
**Required Skills/Abilities:**
+ Advanced Excel experience
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, numerical, verbal, and written communication
+ Ability to effectively communicate with other departments within the organization.
+ Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
+ Ensure departmental deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance
+ CPA or CPA candidate a plus
+ Viewpoint Vista Trimble Software a plus
+ Five to ten years of professional experience a plus
