Compensation:
- Salary: $115K-$130K, Depending on Experience
- Bonus Potential: ROA + Profit Sharing
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage accounting functions, including general ledger, AP, tax, and compliance reporting.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis for the division.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls are maintained.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and financial performance.
- Lead and develop finance team members, fostering growth and excellence.
What You'll Need to be Considered:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Team player with strong supervisory experience.
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
