- Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and prepare forecasts
- Handle tax filings and collaborate with external tax advisors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and tax laws
- Provide financial analysis and insights to assist in strategic planning and decision-making
- Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the healthcare, medical, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
