Your days will be filled with:
- Client Relationship Building: You'll be the go-to contact for our valued clients, offering expert financial advice and customized solutions.
- Financial Mastery: Dive into the nitty-gritty of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivables, general ledger reconciliations, and comprehensive account analysis.
- Budgeting Brilliance: Utilize your strategic thinking to align financial objectives with client needs and manage the budgeting process.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement, driving operational efficiency and contributing to special projects.
- Team Collaboration: Manage an internal team of Global employees, as well as work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and external partners, all to ensure seamless financial operations.
RequirementsWhat will make you successful in this role (skills)
- Accounting education, preferred.
- Proven Expertise: With at least 5 years of full cycle accounting experience, you're well-versed in financial reporting, balance sheets, and more. Additionally, with at least 2 years of leadership experience preferred, you will be able to guide and support the team effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Navigate Xero and QuickBooks Online with ease and wield intermediate Excel skills to analyze data and enhance processes. A minimum of 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience, required.
- Integrity and Confidentiality: Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
