- Communicate and train properties on Accounting Procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of night audit work through Excel spreadsheets and web-based applications.
- Assist properties in the reconciliation and billing of city ledger accounts.
- Trace all credit card/cash deposits from PMS system to each bank account on a daily basis, researching any missing deposits or shortages.Where You've Been: We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's in Accounting or a similar field, at least 5 years' supervisory experience in accounting/finance, and preferably previous experience in hotels.
