Resident Service Manager:
This position has the responsibility to plan, organize, manage, lead and provide administrative direction and oversight for functions and activities of the Housing Resident Services Department; including policies concerning resident eligibility, leasing, occupancy, rent increases, housing inspection, quality assurance, ownership processing, and other activities related to a wide variety of affordable housing programs. The Manager will also coordinate assigned activities with other agency departments and make recommendation on policy issues to the Executive Director. Leadership skills are essential for the successful candidate.
Accounting Manager:
The Accountant is responsible for recording the Housing Authority's financial history and for implementing financial management policies in a timely, consistent, cost-effective and accurate manner. The incumbent is responsible for financial quality control and for assuring compliance with HUD requirements and generally accepted record keeping practices for all operations of the Fort Hall Housing Authority. The incumbent is expected to respect and follow all Fort Hall Housing Authority policies.
