Job DescriptionPrimary Purpose Compile, record, and report numerical data to keep production and yield records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, reconciling and verifying duties to obtain primary data for use in maintaining accounting records. Ensure accurate and timely processing for large volumes of data. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations and reports pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. Major Duties & Responsibilities
Compiles, records, and reports condemnations information. Reconciles finished product inventories and updates inventory prices. Compiles, computes and reports yield and statistical information and publishes daily operator reports. Maintains trend and historical data files. Prepares various weekly and monthly reports related to processing information. Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree will pay $1 more per hour.).
- 0 - 2 years' related work experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to complete tasks thoroughly, timely, accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Requires extensive use of Excel and some familiarity with other software.
