SalaryRange ($47,300-$63,000)- Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP's short–term incentive plan.
The Job You Will Perform:
The Valliant is a 5,000+ ton per day containerboard mill with 3 paper machines, 3 continuous digesters, 3 secondary Fiber plants and an Energy/Chemical Recovery complex composed of three primary boilers for steam generation (Recovery, Power, Bark), Turbine Generator, Evaporators, Recaust Plant, and wastewater treatment system. It currently operates with over 300 mill employees, 150 contract maintenance employees, and 150 other contractors in a results-oriented environment.
This position is responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the accounting department and other managers within the Mill. The incumbent will perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures.

Hourly Payroll Processor in Workbrain
Weekly Overtime Report
Receive Raw Materials
Verifies Chip and OCC Rail Receipts
Manage Accounts Receivable for Scrap Sales
Perform Weekly Financial Audits
Perform Month-end Closing duties
Complete Miscellaneous Finance Reports
Support accounting personnel
Provide miscellaneous administrative duties
Process miscellaneous bills for payment
Participate in special projects
