Because of this growth, Pritchard's is looking for high-quality talent to join our team!Accounting SpecialistThe Accounting Specialist plays a key role in the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. In this role, you'll support our team by managing essential financial tasks, prioritizing high-urgency items, and structuring your days to adapt to shifting needs.Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank accounts, RO cash, petty cash, company credit cards, and parts statements
  • Enter payables, fuel tickets, PO's, and journal entries
  • Manage accounts payable for vendors, drivers, and flooring, and handle bank deposits
  • Process car deals, dealer trades, and reconcile invoices and A/R payments
  • Create, process, and reconcile invoices and A/R payments
  • Pay franchise interest and required debt payments
  • Assist with payroll functions
  • Assist with title work
  • Order office supplies and maintain paperwork for record-keeping
  • File and maintain all corresponding paperwork
  • Maintain all W-9's and 1099's
  • Process credit applications
  • Perform post office and bank runs
  • Answer and direct incoming calls

  • An Associate's Degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Basic knowledge of debits, credits, and P&L statements
  • Customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
