Job Description:
As an on-site accounting specialist, you will play a pivotal role in processing payments, reconciling debits and credits with our drug rebate manufacturers, and ensuring our operations' financial accuracy and integrity. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming correspondence, maintaining systematic organization, and handling invoicing, late payment notices, and daily status reporting with precision and efficiency.In addition to these core duties, you maintain a detailed log of key activities and journal entries, including tracking payment transactions, reconciling discrepancies, documenting communication with manufacturers, and updating financial records. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all accounting entries are accurate and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.Integrity and confidentiality are paramount in our operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Reconcile and designate rebate payments at the National Drug Code level
  • Interact with clients and drug manufacturers, fostering positive relationships
  • Manage incoming correspondence and maintain systematic organization
  • Handle invoicing, late payment notices, and daily status reporting
  • Adhere to company policies in handling confidential data
