Under the responsibility of the Director of Finance, the candidate will oversee all accounting tasks for various sites within certain divisions of Polycor Group. We're looking for someone who will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting operations for the sites under their care. Polycor is an international company in which the candidate will be able to develop their full potential.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
* Process the invoicing.
* Process the accounts payables.
* Prepare the payroll adjusting entries.
* Prepare the various sales tax reports.
* Prepare various adjusting entries.
* Prepare the Bill of Ladings.
* Prepare the custom papers.
* Process all the production data entry.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
* Be the accounting resource on site and collaborate with head office for any paperwork needs.
* Reconcile the raw material purchases against the invoices and inventory values.
* Ensure strong internal controls.
Profile
You must be autonomous, open-minded, exercise good judgment and discernment, be thorough, respect confidentiality, and demonstrate strong organizational skills and responsibility.

Requirements
* College degree in accounting, an asset.
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
* Advanced Excel.
