Accounts Payable Analyst - FT - Portage County, OHColeman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Analyst. This position will be working on site in our Kent location. In return, you can also expect opportunities for career advancement and continued professional training.Job duties included for the Accounts Payable Analyst:Coordinate the entire accounts payable process.Invoices - review, enter, identify problematic ones, and take action.Convert opportunities to yield revenue using various payment platforms.Support implementation and maintenance of accounts payable related software.Interface with all levels of employees, vendors, and other revenue generating payors.Minimum Qualifications needed to be a successful Accounts Payable Analyst:Bachelor's degree in related field.7 years of accounts payable experience.Strong GL coding knowledge with full-cycle accounting experience.Proficient with Excel and importance of cash flow and the various means to accomplish.Prefer knowledge of electronic purchase orders and electronic employee reimbursement.Prefer experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and cash payor alternatives.While the work we do is personally rewarding on many levels, we also recognize the importance of a competitive benefits package.
