Join our dynamic team as a part-time Accounts Payable Assistant at Findorff! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the timely and accurate entry of vendor invoices and help maintain strong internal controls. You will collaborate with project managers and vendors to resolve billing issues and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately and promptly manage high volumes of invoices
* Work closely with project managers and vendors to address and resolve issues
* Ensure vendor accounts are current and accurate, and monitor statements
* Manage monthly Enterprise Fleet billings: Review and process these specific invoices
* Assist with collecting, sorting, scanning, and validating subcontractor pay applications
* Maintain quality service by adhering to company standards and protecting the confidentiality of financial information
Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
