The Accounts Payable Associate will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children's Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission aligned Accounts Payable Associate to work in our Finance Department. The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for managing the day-to-day HCZ's accounts payable operations and functions. This position works collaboratively with department directors and staff (who are the primary clients of this position) to ensure that accounts payable transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with GAAP and HCZ policies and procedures. This position will play a key role in financial system assessment, development, training, and integration into the accounts payable function and reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.
