Other duties may be assigned.Calculates, posts, and verifies data for use in accounting records, such as, but not limited to: account totals, account statements, checks, invoices, and funds received and disbursed, vouchers and special financial reports.Post amounts utilizing the applicable general ledger chart of accounts.Process weekly check run as assigned to generate payments through applicable disbursement type.Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions and files documentation appropriately.Computes and records charges, refunds, discounts, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, etc.Investigation and resolution of purchase order, contract, statements, invoice or payment discrepancies with Hunter branch locations and outside vendors.Review invoices for applicable sales tax to be remitted to the appropriate state.Travels to various locations as needed.Backup assistance to reception as needed.Teamwork and collaboration within departments and branchesOvertime required, as necessaryMaintain a professional appearance and a neat and organized work areaPerform other duties as assigned.Adhere to and promote all existing health and safety policies in the workplace to reinforce the Hunter culture of a safe work environmentAll candidate offers are subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.Interested in learning more about Hunter or our other openings visit www.huntertruck.com/careers and join our talent community.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
