Accounts Payable AssociateOn Site in San Jose, CARequired Days In Office: Hybrid: 3-4 Days / weekShort Term ContractLooking to start immediatelyPay Rate: $25-$33/hourly (W2)A Day In The Life Of Our Accounts Payable AssociateInvoice Processing:Efficiently and accurately processes and codes invoices on a daily basis and ensures compliance with company policiesMatch purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.Reconciling Vendor Statements with accounting records on a regular basis.Obtain W-9 forms for new vendors and assist in year-end 1099 forms.Expense Reimbursement:Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and in a timely manner.Verify supporting documentation and ensure compliance with expense policies.Adhoc TasksAbout YouBachelor/Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is preferred.Hands-on experience with Bill.com, Expensify, and Microsoft Excel is preferred.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment and achieve set objectives.Applicants should apply via The Mice Groups Inc. website (www.MiceGroups.com) or through this careers site posting.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at The Mice Groups Inc.
