Whether your looking to gain new experience or just make more money, this level of exposure in a corporate environment is a great opportunity to grow you career!Full – Time Hours – 40 Hours / WeekFully Onsite Position – Monday – FridaySummary:The Accounts Payable Clerk is to assist the AP Team to ensure all invoices are distributed appropriately and accurately, complete check mailings each week, assist in collecting ACH payment requests, and back up for invoice entry as needed.Responsibilities:Sort and distribute high volume of invoices from emailSort and stamp all incoming invoicesSort incoming invoices from USPS mailForward vendor charges to vendor maintenancePrint invoices from UPS and FedEx website for entryReconcile and review customer accounts to statementsSpecial projects as ariseFamiliarity with manufacturing company desirableEducation / Experience:Familiarity with manufacturing company desirableOracle experience a plus!Bachelor's degree in accounting and / or Finance2-3 Years experienceStrong Computer SkillsPay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
