Summary:
- The Accounts Payable Clerk is to assist the AP Team to ensure all invoices are distributed appropriately and accurately, complete check mailings each week, assist in collecting ACH payment requests, and back up for invoice entry as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute high volume of invoices from email
- Sort and stamp all incoming invoices
- Sort incoming invoices from USPS mail
- Forward vendor charges to vendor maintenance
- Print invoices from UPS and FedEx website for entry
- Reconcile and review customer accounts to statements
- Special projects as arise
- Familiarity with manufacturing company desirable
Education / Experience:
- Familiarity with manufacturing company desirable
- Oracle experience a plus!
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and / or Finance
- 2-3 Years experience
