Greensboro Auto Auction is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This job consists of:
- Posting and printing checks for GAA, Direct Transport, and Direct Jet Charter.
- Collecting and posting invoices.
- Filing checks.
- Reconciling purchase orders.
Additional tasks include but not limited to:
- Reviewing invoices for approval GAA and Direct Transport.
- Making sure all invoices are processed by month end.
- Reconciling all statements for payment processing on the 10th of each month.
- Processing checks on a daily basis.
This position requires constant communication with all departments within our company. Applicant must have A/R or accounting background, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. This is a full time position that offers excellent benefits including major medical health insurance, on site clinic, dental, vision, life and 401(k). Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm.
