Responsibilities Process MRO, Capital Project, Service and Raw Material invoices to ensure payment is made to vendors in a timely manner. Resolve any discrepancies between PO and invoices by communicating with purchasing agents/vendors/receiving department. Answer inquiries from vendors/other departments. Prepare and submit wire transfer requests to Corporate for foreign vendors' payments. Give engineering admin assistant copies of invoices related to capital projects. Compile accrual list at month end and prepare journal entry. Assist in compiling information for audits. Prepare journal entries as requested. Perform other related financial projects/reports as directed under the direction of senior accounting supervisor/controller. Participate in annual physical inventory. Qualifications High School Diploma, Associate degree preferred. 1 - 2 years A/P experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
