Job Responsibilities: •Full-cycle AP processing for up to 1000 invoices per week •Vendor maintenance •Maintain AP inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely fashion •Review outstanding checks and follow up with vendors to complete them •Upload invoices, and review/submit non-PO and PO invoices for coding and approval •Weekly check runs Requirements: •Bachelor's degree preferred (NOT required) •1-2+ years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable •Excel & ERP experience •Excellent communication •Yardi experience preferred Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
