Fremont locationDays: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMSUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for paying all company related invoices, check request and related payments. Full cycle accounts payable processing from coding the invoices against the proper general ledger accounts to processing the check-runs.
- Data entry on all invoices
- Assist with AP month-end process, accruals, prints month-end process
- Research on invoices quantity, price discrepancies, and proof of delivery issues
- Obtain proper signature authorizations on non-PO type invoices.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years Payroll clerk experience
- Associate degree (AA) in accounting or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ADP experience is preferred
- Computer savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft business suite, specifically excel
