  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, full and part-time shifts available
  • Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
  • Contract-to-Hire: Full Benefits upon conversion
Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description:
  • Send POs to vendors/suppliers.
  • Match POs to invoices and invoices to Job IDs.
  • Investigate bills with missing POs by researching the book.
  • Confirm department requests with staff before processing.
  • Monitor phones and fill in on general administrative duties as needed.
Accounts Payable Job Requirements:
  • Experience in accounts payable, invoicing, and purchase orders (POs).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
