- Monday - Friday - 8-5pm or 9-5pm

What will you be doing?
- Process invoices, reconcile,and track key financial data in accounting system.
- Processes purchase orders, including tracking, coding and submitting invoices for payment
- You assist multiple departments in ensuring financial information is appropriately reported and stored according to federal guidelines.
- Acts as a centralized point of contact for purchases on behalf of our client.
- Assists the Sales Administrative Manager in meeting and achieving the goals and objectives of the PSD sales department
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude
- 1 or more years of experience in accounts payable, close attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by management
- AR is a PLUS
