Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable process and ensure vendor payments are executed.
- Make sure invoices and orders are correct
- Process all company payments in a timely manner
- Reconcile all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with monthly closing reconciliation
- Prepares cash deposits and fills out the cash control sheet daily.
- Prepares accounts payable statements monthly.
- Performs background checks on credit applications. Gives approvals for current charges.
- Processes daily credit card deposits.
- Updates customers' account information.
- Inputs new vehicles into the computer system as directed by the office manager.
- Posts fuel credits on a daily basis and reconciles the fuel schedule.
- Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management.
- Assists with related special projects as required.
