What will be your daily pursuit?

The AP Clerk is a key member of an extremely collaborative accounting team reporting to the AP Manager. This role serves to take ownership of the vendor setup and maintenance process, assist with the clerical portion of payment runs and other ad-hoc duties. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible role based in Denver, Colorado.

What is the compensation for this role?

The salary range for this role is $23/hour to $25/hour based on experience and skill set. Pursuit offers a full suite of benefits, including paid time off, a 401k contribution matching plan, and discounts at our hotels, restaurants, and attractions. This role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two from home.

What will you do in this job?

• Ensure open lines of communications with vendors with a focus on building strong vendor relationships.
• Develop relationships and with key internal and external partners across Pursuit
• Become knowledgeable about US and Canadian vendor setup practices
• Filing end of year 1099 – NEC (US) and T4A taxes (CAD)
• Monitor a shared AP mailbox and reconcile vendor statements
• Monitor and maintain the Missing vendor queue

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

Ideal Experience

• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook and Word required
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Associate's degree or certificate in related field preferred
