This onsite role offers a competitive starting pay range of $14.50 - $16.50 per hour (dependent upon your experience), providing you with the chance to flourish in a stimulating environment. As an Accounts Payable Clerk at KLINGER GPI, you will play a crucial role in the financial processing of transactions for our organization. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with vendors via phone and email, ensuring that all communication is handled with integrity and professionalism. What you need to be successful To excel as an Accounts Payable Clerk at KLINGER GPI, you will need a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. You should be adept at handling a high volume of phone calls and emails daily and skilled in reconciling purchase orders to invoices while resolving discrepancies. Essential tasks will involve vouching invoices, reconciling credit card statements with bank statements and expense reports, and ensuring timely utility and employee expenses payments. Proficiency in account maintenance, including creating vendor accounts and filling out credit applications, is critical. You will be trained in our ERP system.
