The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage all functions related to accounts payable, including invoice verification, processing, and resolving discrepancies. Job Description: Accounts Payable Clerk Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 -$23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Responsibilities:
Manage and enter all invoices for payment processing. Verify each invoice thoroughly and accurately before processing. Resolve discrepancies prior to processing invoices. Respond to emails and phone requests promptly to address and resolve discrepancies. Maintain proper order when sorting and processing invoices. Generate vouchers for credit card reconciliations and code them appropriately. Set up new vendors in the system using appropriate documentation. Manage vendor expectations effectively. Perform administrative duties related to the position. Undertake additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:
- College graduate preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related position.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ETA, and AS-400 systems.
