Job Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for our Coppell, TX office. An Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for accounts payable invoice processing and, account reconciliation, period-end close processes, financial reporting and analysis. This position partners with several departments to help achieve corporate goals with a high potential for growth within the organization. Primary responsibilities include: •Accounts payable multi-process invoice processing, including purchase order creation, invoice verification, and account reconciliation, payment processing. •Maintain analytical models in MS Excel to enable analysis and to monitor activities and control operations. •Assists in the month-end close process including the preparation and submittal of monthly accruals and journal entries •Invoice and purchasing analysis to facilitate invoice processing, account reconciliations as well as internal and external queries •Ensures compliance with accounting policies and procedures and technical standards. #LI-Hybrid Qualifications Qualifications •Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience. •Strong computer skills with advanced analysis capabilities utilizing MS Excel, ERP's •Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships with both internal and external parties. •Strong problem solving and analytical skills •Preferred: -Experience with Microsoft Excel -Experience in Accounts Payable and Payment processing -Experience with SAP -Experience with Vendor Invoice Management systems and OCR technology Primo Brands' established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
