Salary range is based upon background and level of experience.Essential functions and responsibilities:Compile and maintain accounting records for payable systemAudit and verify expense reports and/or vendor invoicesScan and index AP documentsMaintain expense reimbursement cycleManage and process weekly check runs.Maintain 1099 formsMailbox maintenance to include rereview and distributionNonessential functions and responsibilities:Perform other related duties as assignedRequired SkillsRequired ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of accounts payable accounting experienceBasic Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of accounting computer systems and softwareWorking Conditions:Work is performed within a general office environment.
