Responsibilities •Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness. •Process supplier invoices and credit notes. •Reconcile supplier and purchase orders. •Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies. •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding accounts payable. Qualifications •US Citizenship/Work Authorization. •Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. •Detail-oriented skills demonstrated through an assessment. •Microsoft Office skills demonstrated through an assessment. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
