Accounts Payable Clerk Level 2-3Location: Broomfield CO Hybrid OnlySalary: $19.00-$23.00 DOE - Non-Exempt Shift/Schedule: 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week. Either Mon-Thurs 7:00am-6:00pm or Tues-Fri 7:00am-6:00pm BOTH with x1 hour lunchJOB SUMMARY: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for entering, processing, and reconciling invoices received. Position ensures we are billed the correct product and correct rates. Some contact with vendors when invoices have incorrect information. Some contact with other departments within the company when required for resolution of errors when processing invoices. This position works with the accounting team under general supervision and direction. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enter new invoices in the accounting system, review purchase orders to ensure invoicing accuracy
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and investigate as needed
  • Review emails from vendors daily regarding requests for corrected information
  • Work with other departments as needed to resolve issues or discrepancies
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 1-2 years work related experience
