About the Role

This is an opportunity for a highly organized and detailed accounting or bookkeeping professional to support a mission driven organization by ensuring the prompt and efficient payment of all payments for Avenues New York while leveraging technology and excellent customer service to make business transitions and reporting easy and efficient for all stakeholders.

About You

• You have relevant work experience preferably as an Accounts Payable Clerk
• You have a customer service mindset that doesn t quit - you re always there to help solve problems and make the way forward clear
• You are highly attuned to the smallest details
• You are highly resourceful & creative, able to get around obstacles and achieve goals
• You have a track record of working successfully independently as well as working alongside a number of your colleagues
• You are a power-user of Excel and are able to quickly master new systems.
• You are insanely organized; turns chaos into clear, smooth systems (with a smile)

Additional Information

If hired for this position, the annual salary range for this position is between $58,700-$70,000 USD. The salary may vary depending on your campus location and skills.
