Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who will attend training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills. This opportunity is located in Riverwoods, IL!
Duties:
- Provide information and assists with resolving business unit and Supplier inquiries
- Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Communicate ideas to appropriate individuals for review and consideration
Desired Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 5+ years in Procure to Pay environment
- Successful completion of provided training
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suites
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people skills
