Accounts Payable Supplier Data Management Coordinator Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Supplier Data Management (SDM) Coordinator. This role involves managing supplier records, addressing inquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data maintenance in the Supplier Master. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.   • Maintain and update supplier information in the Supplier Master database.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and internal requests from various departments.
  • Resolve documentation issues with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate data maintenance.
  • Assist with special projects and audits as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant federal and state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Payable/General Accounting
  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud, Smartsheet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and suppliers.
Benefits Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $24.50 to $26.50k, in addition to a full benefit package that includes:
