JOB SUMMARY
This Accounts Payable Coordinator will work in a high-volume payables environment and will be responsible for processing invoices for payment in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. The duties will include regular reconciliation of vendor statements against company records and positive interaction with both internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Process/enter payables timely using multiple system applications
* Perform weekly check and wire payments to vendors
* File invoices and related information electronically
* Assist in month end accounting close including the preparation of AP accruals
* Perform random internal audits of employee expense reports
* Research and reconcile accounts including reconciliation of vendor statements as needed
* Work with vendors and internal associates to resolve payables issues
* Maintain vendor master database for accuracy
* High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
* Ability to multitask and prioritize to complete tasks in a timely manner
* Ability to make and execute correct decisions when necessary (work independently) or call for help when appropriate
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Associate degree is preferred
* Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
* Manufacturing experience a plus
* SAP Concur experience preferred

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.00-25.00/hour, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
