Asan Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in the Accountingdepartment. We're looking for an experienced person, with a strong attention todetail and a passion to learn. Responsibilities: Review and process invoices for documentation and approval priorto payment Responsible for coding, entering and posting all vendor invoices Answer and respond to all vendor inquiries, as necessary Assist with mail accounts payable checks and filing invoices Previous Accounts payable experience required Qualifications: Mustpossess a minimum of Associates degree in an accounting field Atleast 2-3 years experience in the Accounting and Accounts Payable is required Abilityto work with limited supervision, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines. Mustbe proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) Mustpossess a high attention to detail
