The successful candidate will maily be responsible for processing invoices, verifying accuracy of information, and preparing payments. The Accounts Payable Clerk will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, responding to vendor inquiries, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. There will be some other daily office tasks including reconcilation of daily paperwork for multiple locations. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process invoices and other documents for payment. Maintain accounts payable records and files. Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and statements. Research and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable records. Prepare payments for vendors and suppliers. Maintain office filing systems.
