Job Description:
Establishes and maintains effective communication with physicians, employees, and outside vendors Enter check requests Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems to include proficient use of accounting software. Processes invoices for correct account information and dollar amounts. A/ P invoice matching & scanning vendor invoices. Responds to vendor inquiries and processes associated with correspondence. Process employee expense reports. The AP Clerk is responsible for interfacing with assigned locations to ensure proper coding and accounting for services. Accurately calculating and processing client payrolls, including taxes, employee benefits, garnishments, sick leave, and other payroll deductions Maintaining payroll records and ensuring all data is entered into the payroll system accurately and in a timely manner Ensuring legal compliance is always maintained Providing excellent customer service by answering payroll-related questions and resolving any issues in a timely and efficien...Payroll Specialist, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Specialist, Accounting, Healthcare
