Job Type Full-time Description Job Title: AP/AR Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AP/AR Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of our organization. Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from customers - Prepare and issue invoices to customers - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies - Assist with other accounting tasks as needed Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred - 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a motivated individual with a passion for accounting and finance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
