- Providing daily support to business unit customers and vendors throughout the procure-to-pay process
- Addressing and resolving complex escalated issues
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collection, and banking deposits and Maintaining accurate client files and recommending improvements to invoicing and collection procedures
- Monitoring invoice processing and ensuring timely payments and Reviewing client documentation for proper system setup and compliance with accounting procedures and Tracking receipt of data and source documents
- Preparing and sorting source documents, interpreting data for entry, and contacting preparers for clarifications
- Performing data entry in the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable System, ensuring data accuracy
- Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned
The right person has...
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR
- A High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience with automated financial and accounting systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- An Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
