Job Title: Accounts Payable Representative

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Representative will be responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities

+ Review and verify invoices and check requests, code, and match invoices

+ Set invoices up for payment

+ Enter and upload invoices into the system

+ Track expenses and process expense reports

+ Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

+ Reconcile accounts payable transactions

+ Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

+ Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

+ Maintain vendor files

+ Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

+ Assist with month-end closing

+ Provide supporting documentation for audits

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of recent accounts payable experience

+ ERP experience

+ Problem solving ability

+ Support of month-end closing
